Terms of Service

Guarantees

All items sold for which I am an authorised dealer as "New in Box" or "Like New in Box" are offered with the original manufacturer's warranty or balance of the manufacturer's warranty. It will be made clear in the item description which applies.

The guarantee covers manufacturing defects and premature failure of components; it does NOT cover damage to crystals, damage caused by unauthorised or incompetent handling or replacement of batteries within the guarantee period. Any cosmetic flaws (e.g. scratches or dust under the crystal) should be notified within 7 days of receipt.

All guarantee repairs must be carried out by the manufacturer, unauthorised repairs will cause the guarantee to be voided.

All watches are guaranteed against defective workmanship for 24 months from
date of purchase and the guarantee for the first 12 months applies to the
original purchaser only.

Complaints

If any item purchased from Time Factors is not as described and you have a complaint, please detail your complaint in an e-mail within 14 days of recipt. I will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve the complaint within 7 days.

If your complaint is judged to be valid, I will meet the cost of shipping for return and refund your purchase price plus the original cost of shipping. In some instances I will, with your agreement, agree to meet or contribute towards, the cost of local repair. 

Taxes and Duties

Items Shipped Outside The UK

There has never been VAT on the prices on this website so there is no VAT to deduct. Time Factors does not prepay duty or taxes and you should expect to pay duties and taxes at the prevailing rate for your country.
