Answers to FAQs:
• New watches and restocks of existing models are made available to purchase on specific Sundays at 1400HRS [UK]. 

• The information regarding the dates of launches plus which models will be in stock is made available via our newsletter which is sent out in the week leading up to an opening. You can sign up to the newsletter at the bottom of our home page.

• The store will remain open the majority of the time but we may occasionally close in the lead up to a watch launch or due to holidays.

• The checkout process is controlled by Shopify and we have no control over items being removed from shopping carts if an item has sold out.

• Some models do sell-out quickly, they are sold on a "First come, first served" basis with no influence or interference from ourselves.

• All of our watches are produced in small batches of 300-500 at a time, we are a small family-run business who check and hand-pack every watch prior to shipment.

• Sorry we do not take pre-orders or operate waiting lists.

• Some models including the Everest Jubilee & Vanguard are limited edition and will not be restocked. 

• Shipping prices DO NOT include import duty and tariffs for your country, these are collected by UPS before delivery, there may also be brokerage fees from UPS. 

• We have no control over fees charged by UPS on government agencies. Please be aware of the rates of import in your country before ordering. If you feel you have been overcharged please contact UPS in your country.

• Please be aware that Duty and Tariffs will also not be refunded if an item is returned to Time Factors as we do not control or collect these payments and they are due even if the item is later returned.

• Please do not place "trial run" orders. We reserve the right to ban offenders from future purchases.



We have several measures designed to discourage ‘flippers’ who purchase watches with the aim of selling on quickly for an inflated price:

• Customers are limited to purchasing only 1 or possibly 2 of certain models, limits are displayed at the top of their product page.

• There is a 24 month warranty on all watches but the first 12 months is only applicable to the original purchaser. We have details of the serial numbers of each watch.

• Serial offenders may be automatically banned from further orders.
