Tariff Update - USA Customers

Message for USA Customers:
PLEASE BE AWARE OF TARIFF CHARGES BEFORE ORDERING.

At this current time the total tariff on goods originating from Hong Kong is set at 57%. The U.S. Administration has intimated that the rate will be lowered to 47% but at this time there has been no date announced for when this change may occur.

Tariffs and duties are calculated from the date a shipment arrives at the U.S. Border and not when the order is placed. Even though we endeavour to ship watches as quickly as possible there is no guarantee the tariff charged will be charged at the same rate as when the order is placed.

Customers are personally liable for these charges once items have entered the USA. They are payable by customers, non refundable and outside of Time Factors and UPS control.

The De Minimis exemption for items under $800 has currently not been reintroduced however so tariff charges will apply to all of our watches and straps where the country of origin is Hong Kong.

Many of our Watches, Bracelets & Straps are part-made in Hong Kong (with movements being Swiss or Japanese) so they are liable for the same tariffs placed on China. Details of a watches Country of Origin are at the bottom of each items page on our website.

Tariffs and charges are collected by UPS prior to delivery so please make sure your contact details are correct.
