Eddie Platts 1949 - 2026
It is with great sadness that we have to announce the passing of Eddie.
After facing several health challenges in recent times, Eddie passed away peacefully in the early hours of this morning.
Eddie was a kind and deeply respected Uncle, Brother, friend and a pioneer in the watch world.
He was one of the first people to launch what later was to be known as microbrand watches plus he inspired and helped many others within the community. He touched many lives through his generosity, wisdom, and dedication, and he will be greatly missed.
We would also like to reassure customers and friends of Time Factors that plans are in place for the company’s future. However, the business will be closed for the time being as we take time to mourn Eddie’s passing and attend to matters that now need to be sorted.
