USA Customers - PLEASE READ

Message for USA Customers:

PLEASE BE AWARE OF TARIFF CHARGES BEFORE ORDERING THIS WEEKEND.

Customers are personally liable for these charges once items have entered the USA. They are non refundable and outside of Time Factors and UPS control.

Unfortunately the “De Minimis” exemption for items under $800 for items with a Hong Kong Country of Origin has now been removed by the U.S. Administration.

Many of our Watches, Bracelets & Straps are part-made in Hong Kong (with movements being Swiss or Japanese) so they are liable for the same 145% tariff placed on China.

We believe charges are calculated on the percentage value of each components Country of Origin. This is on average 50% case/bracelet and 50% movement, but does vary depending on the watch.

Tariffs and charges are collected by UPS prior to delivery so please make sure your contact details are correct.
