It doesn't take a genius to see immediately what the inspiration was for this model. Strikingly retro in style with more than a hint of Japanese influence. :-) Case Brushed stainless steel case with polished surface surrounding the crystal. The case is wedge shaped, being thicker at the 12 position than at the 6 to allow easier access to the crown and pushers. Fitted with a screw back and water resistant to 30 metres. Limited edition of 200 pieces (not numbered). Dimensions The ovoid case is 46.5mm across and 43mm top to bottom excluding the crown. The case is 11.5mm thick at the 6 o'clock position and slopes to 16.5mm thick at the 12 o'clock position. Lug spacing is 22mm. Movement Valjoux 25 jewel automatic chronograph, calibre 7750 with quickset day and date. Another new addition to the Zeno range and a particularly handsome one too. Zeno maintain their reputation for offering high specification at low prices with this one. Case Polished solid stainless steel screw back case display back. Off-white dial with guilloche-style pattern (not genuine guilloche), registers for elapsed minutes, elapsed hours and constant seconds which also doubles as a 24 hour indicator. The day and month windows are in the elapsed minutes register at 12 and the date indication is via a date pointer hand with a red horseshoe end. Fitted with a domed sapphire crystal, anti-reflective coated on the underside. Rated water resistant 5ATM/50 metres/165 feet.Dimensions 43mm Ø excluding the crown (46mm across to the tip of the crown) 51.5 mm lug to lug and 14.9 mm thick. This is probably the most ambitious chronograph Zeno have ever made and it's available with a choice of movements. It's so new that the instruction manual hasn't even been written yet, although I can supply instructions from a similar watch. I certainly don't know how to use the calculator but I do know it's used for calculating speed, fuel consumption etc. Handy if you've got an aeroplane but not a lot of use to me on my push-bike.
